1. Please send us all required order details.

2. Make payment first. Send me the details of payment (bank, date, time, transaction no, and amount).

3. Once we received the payment details, we will proceed your order.

4. We will inform the period of completing your order. Please wait.

5. We deliver the products only by POS LAJU (certain products will be delivered by POS EXPRESS).

6. We will give you tracking number after deliver products.

7. We are not responsible for any lost and damaged parcel. It's all responsible by the courier service.

8. Any order that have completed and reached to you is not allowed to ask us to re-do or do some changes once it's your fault when making order. Please be pretty sure with your order before submit it to us.
